Grace Fisher

Operations, Communications, and Impact Senior Associate

Grace (she/her) is early in her career and has spent these few years working with Kindred to collaborate towards liberatory school communities.

Prior to joining Kindred, Grace studied at the George Washington University, working with several DC-based nonprofits throughout her studies, and serving as an Arts and Museum Organizer for GWU’s Signature Event: Chavez, Huerta, Itliong Day. In these roles, Grace worked with high school students in DC to engage with art as social change and provided direct operational support. She has been honored to dive further into the latter with Kindred and be a part of this organization.

Grace earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice with a minor in Spanish from the George Washington University.

Grace is striving to try all of the coffee shops in DC; she has been to more than 90 thus far and is looking forward to growing her list.
