Emmanuel is program director at the Community Foundation of Northeast Florida where he has a specific focus on the areas of diversity and inclusion as well as assisting youth with educational success through post- secondary attainment. Emmanuel was formerly senior director of college readiness and success at the Flamboyan Foundation where he ensured that educators and parents are equipped with the confidence, knowledge, skills and resources needed to support their students in persevering through college and beyond. Emmanuel’s career includes business and human capital consulting at Deloitte and multi-sector implementation experience in government, non-profit, and philanthropy as a Coro Fellow. Emmanuel proudly served as a charter corps member with Teach For America Jacksonville. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.A. in policy, organizational behavior, and leadership studies from Stanford University. Emmanuel is a first-generation college graduate who witnessed the power of parental belief and educator partnership in his and his sibling’s life. He is the lucky husband to his wife Rachael, and proud papa of their son Nicholas.
