t.fox. (Theresa Fox) (they/them) has been a trusted servant in the nonprofit sector since 2000. Their career has provided them with the honor and privilege of serving youth and families throughout the USA, British Columbia, Eswatini, and Zambia. Recognizing the racial divide as early as 6th grade, due to their early exposure to authors such as James Baldwin, Virginia Hamilton, Richard Wright and  Muriel Feelings, they have made it their personal endeavor to womanifest a world where there is truly “liberty & justice for all”. t.fox. is an alumna of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Black Studies and the University of San Diego, CA with a M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. They are the proud mother of four awesome humane beings (no typos).

t.fox. has been blessed to work with humans of all races at homeless shelters, in foster youth programs, at substance abuse treatment facilities, on college & university campuses, behind bars in juvenile court schools, in rural health clinics that had no running water or electricity, and at open roadside markets. t.fox. has worked with communities formally by providing family support services, teaching comprehensive sexual health education, facilitating coalitions, organizing HIV prevention campaigns, implementing positive youth development initiatives, just to name a few. Informally, they have been an advocate in social justice movements supporting policy reform and healing for survivors of systemic racism, gender-based violence, hate crimes, internalized oppression, bullying, sexism, substance abuse disorders and homophobia.
